Title: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism Initiates Study on Automated Logistics Roads

On the 21st, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism held the first meeting of a study group on automated logistics roads. With the goal of achieving early realization within the next 10 years, a basic concept will be formulated by summer, with plans to hold multiple study group meetings leading up to that. In preparation for the meeting, Katsuhiko Niwa from the Road Bureau was appointed as the chairperson.
