Title: Japan Fair Trade Commission Issues Recommendation to Daiwa Logistics for Violation of Subcontracting Law

On February 21st, the Fair Trade Commission (FTC) issued a recommendation to Daiwa Logistics after acknowledging that the company violated Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 6 (Prohibition of Unreasonable Purchase or Use) of the Subcontract Act by engaging in actions that were considered to be in violation of the law. Based on Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Subcontract Act, the recommendation was made to Daiwa Logistics on the same day.
