On February 28th, Nippon Express announced that the handling volume of railway containers for the fiscal year 2023 (January to December) decreased by 1.8% compared to the previous year, amounting to 1,383,644 units. During the same period, the transportation business saw a reduction in railway container handling volume as COVID-19 restrictions eased and economic activities normalized.
