On the 1st, Mitsui Fudosan announced the completion of the logistics facility “MFLP OGUD Osaka Toyoshima” in Konohana-ku, Osaka, in collaboration with Osaka Gas Urban Development (located in Chuo Ward, Osaka City) on February 29th. This marks Osaka Gas Urban Development’s first venture into the logistics facility business. It is also a significant development for Mitsui Fudosan’s logistics facility business.
