On March 5th, Okazaki Tsunun announced the transfer of shares among group companies for the further development of each business unit, transitioning to a holding company structure. In line with this, they have established the holding company “Okatsuyu Holdings,” which will commence operations on April 1st. Moving forward, Okatsuyu Holdings will oversee and drive the growth strategies of the various subsidiaries under its umbrella, facilitating collaboration and synergy within the group.
