“Ascott’s First Kyushu Logistics Facility Completed in Ogōri City, Yoshida Kaiun Logistics Moves In”

On March 25th, Ascot announced that the “Ogori Logistics Center,” in which they have invested through a Special Purpose Company (SPC), was completed on February 29, 2024. Subsequently, Yoshida Kaiun Logi-Solutions became a tenant and moved in on March 1st. This marks the first logistics facility in Kyushu for Ascot.

The completion of the Ogori Logistics Center and the occupancy by Yoshida Kaiun Logi-Solutions represent a significant development in Ascot’s presence and operations in Kyushu.
