On February 22nd, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced that they have approved the participation of the Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN) in supporting chemical logistics operations in the United States. The approval was granted based on the JOIN Act on February 5th.
